TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- All orders are noncancelable/nonreturnable.
- All parts are in new and unused condition.
- All orders must be shipped complete within 6 months of order placement or within 9 months of order placement for parts with lead times of 26 weeks or longer.
- The Manufacturers CoC for each part number is included with each shipment. If the parts are in a bag, then the CoC is inside the bag with the parts. If the parts are in a box, then the CoC is on top of the parts, inside the box.
- All claims for shortages, discrepancies, or nonconformance issues must be made via email within 10 business days of receipt of parts/materials.
- First Source, Inc. will not be liable for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, manufacturers material shortages, transportation delays, unforeseen circumstances such as fires, floods, internet interruptions, severe weather conditions. First Source, Inc. will do its best to notify customer of any delivery delays.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED – N30 TERMS NOT ESTABLISHED
- ACH – A Pro-Forma Invoice will be emailed for payment at the time of order. There is no fee for ACH payments. Contact moc.cniecruostsrif@noslenk for bank information.
- Credit Card – Payment must be made at the time of order and a 3% processing fee for the total order value will be charged.
- Invoices – If a customer wishes to establish N30 terms, three trade references are required. Send references to moc.cniecruostsrif@noslenk. The approval process takes 1 – 2 weeks.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
- Unless otherwise stated, orders must be paid in full via Wire Transfer at the time of order placement, before manufacturing will begin or part(s) shipped.
- All Wire Transfers will be charged a $30.00 processing fee. Add 3 – 5 days to delivery time for the processing of the electronic funds transfer.
- An END USER STATEMENT is required for all parts prior to acceptance of purchase orders for international sales. The EUS form is attached.
- ALL international shipments will be via UPS Express Saver, UPS Worldwide, FedEx Worldship, or DHL Express Worldwide, NO EXCEPTIONS. If the customer does not have an account with a listed carrier, then the shipping fee will be prepaid and added to customers’ order.
- The product(s) quoted may be subject to ITAR (International Traffic Arms Regulations) or EAR (Export Administration Regulations) controls. No export can be made prior to verifying compliance with these regulations.
